Here’s the bad part: it’s just me, and it usually takes about 48 hours (sometimes more) for me to return most messages. I also don’t respond usually on the weekends, because I’m also a full-time musician and weekends I’m almost always gone making music somewhere, usually without wifi.

Here’s the good part: I personally built all of the products available on this site, and I will personally answer every single email until we’ve handled any issues you’re having. As an added bonus, I will happily geek out with you about any patch or keyboard related question or cool idea you send me!
