Announcing Song Specific Patches

In the next two weeks Patch Foundry will be launching our first series of song specific patches, and we need your help.

We spent hours experimenting with different methods of putting together the patches for live use, tweaking it over and over again live until we got a system that works well for the pro keyboardist. The result is a powerful set of tools for using MainStage live.

Here's what every song specific patch we release will feature:

• 100% Nashville Standard Mapping integration. No matter what keyboard you're using live, you'll have useful hands on control for every knob, fader, and button on your keyboard. No more mousing around live.

• Every keyboard sound in every song matched exactly to the original. For most songs this includes 3-8 individual patches for each song. We literally spend several hours on each patch getting the tones so close to the original that it's almost impossible to tell the difference.

• Every patch has a combined patch with complicated splits, layers, and hands on control for each channel. Playing two sounds at the same time on a song? We have you covered. Not only do we include each sound as an individual patch, but we've created a "macro" that gives you multiple sounds at the same time mapped in an intelligent way.

• Hands on control of FX, including reverb, delay, cutoff, and more. As with all our patches, all patches have FX mappings for all the basics for tweaking on the go.
